This might sound a little absurd to some people around the world but to most Filipinos, this is true. The success of skin whitening creams, lotions, injectibles and oral medications signifies that the Western concept of beauty in terms of skin color has finally seeped down to all classes in the society.

Recently, I have been spending more time with my Personal Trainer after work-out because we have been brewing a marketing plan for my organic soaps. When he introduced me to a group of self-counsciuos people, I was appalled when I found out how they arrived to such flawless skins and almost-perfectly contoured bodies. They were buying whitening injectibles, creams, and other chemically-rich  beauty products just like they were buying Vitamins over the counter. I could’t believe it! I thought only famous celebrities, models and other TV figures go through  such harsh procedures.  I couldn’t help but wonder, what about the chemicals in these beauty products? Obviously our body would’nt be able to flush them out as fast as the they were able to give the whitening effects.

So I decided, I will create my own whitening line under the company that I have started more than a month ago.  My products are under the label “Body Flavors” to suit every person’s skin flavor. All  products are organic so they are friendly to nature and the skin as well. I came up with a combination of a whitening agent papaya because it is rich in enzymes that naturally inhibits melanin production which we  know determines skin color of the person. We combined it with orange for its natural anti-oxidants to protect the skin from free radical damage known to cause signs of aging. The squalene oil from shark liver oil provides a natural moisturizing effect on the skin.

An Orange papaya with squalene organic soap is a perfect choice of a whitening and anti-aging soap. The effect on the face and body may not be overnight because you have to wait for at least two weeks  to a month for  a noticeable effect but the guarantee is you are not  putting harsh chemicals to your skin.
